Microsoft Office CertificationsI am a Microsoft Office specialist Master Instructor (MOS) I have also achieved ECDL advance certifications in Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint. I hold two teaching certificates City and Guilds and TAP I am able to communicate, support and teach to all levels. I also have experience of working on an IT helpdesk supporting MS office end users.
